This unique architectural design are tree-like structures that dominate the Gardens' landscape ranging with heights between 25 metres and 50 metres. You would probably never see anything like the Supertrees Grove anywhere else in the world. The Supertrees are home to enclaves of unique exotic ferns, vines, orchids and many more!
Moreover, the Gardens by the Bay was recently awarded the 2014 International Thea Awards for Outstanding Achievement. This award-winning indoor garden houses over 500,000 plants, which features unique and exotic plants from around the world.
Are you a nature-lover? Well if you are, the Gardens by the Bay is definitely a 'must visit' place to visit. Not only does visiting the Gardens by the Bay not burn a hole in your wallet, it is also a place to visit to have some family bonding time together with your family.
It reflects a unique Singapore spirit as you can see many people from different races are at the Gardens by the Bay taking photos of the different unique sculptures, such as the Supertrees Grove. This tells me that Singaporeans appreciate what the governments have built and created such a beautiful masterpiece which has become Singapore's national icon.
I am grateful for this as I am able to appreciate plants in such a unique way. Visiting Gardens by the Bay is definitely a one of a lifetime experience that I will never get to experience abroad.
